Founded in 2008 in Abilene, Texas, the Joseph Thomas Foundation (JTF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in memory of Joseph Thomas, a six-year-old who required constant medical care. JTF is dedicated to supporting medically fragile children and their families by providing essential medical equipment, supplies, and services not covered by insurance or other resources. Through its Financial Assistance Program and Closet Program, JTF has impacted over 1,200 families across Texas, offering hope, relief, and compassion. Guided by its mission to "outshine medical disabilities," JTF fosters a supportive community, hosts inclusive events, and relies on generous donors and volunteers to transform lives.
